King Vegeta is a character in both Dragon Ball Seizon and Dragon Ball Reincarnation. He is the father of Prince Vegeta and Tarble and the entranged brother of Slane. In Dragon Ball Seizon, his early life is depicted when he was building the Saiyan's empire in the Planet Trade Organization and his ultimate death during the Genocide of the Saiyans. He appears in Dragon Ball Reincarnation as a Neo-Saiyan.King Vegeta was scolded by the family for siding with Frieza, this led to his brothers disowning him and an intense hatred between the family that would carry on for generations.
Appearance[]
During Dragon Ball Seizon, King Vegeta is depicted almost exactly like his son Vegeta. However, King Vegeta is more muscular, wears regal Saiyan armor and he has not yet grown his trademark beard, which he see grow during the events of Dragon Ball Seizon. During Dragon Ball Reincarnation, he appears as a Neo-Saiyan with biomechanical enhancement to sustain life, as he died in the Genocide of the Saiyans. Like his son, Vegeta he has long brown hair and a widow's peak that almost comes between his eyes. As a Neo-Saiyan, King Vegeta has different hair, which is now grey, and a mechanical appearance. He maintains his Saiyan tail but it is now grey in color. His son Vegeta was able to tell it was his father due to the facial features staying the same and his beard still being there.
Techniques[]
King Vegeta uses his canon techniques in Dragon Ball Seizon as he does not deviate from the original except depicting him as younger. However, in Dragon Ball Reincarnation, as a Neo Saiyan, he utilizes different techniques. Most of them are darker and more powerful versions of his former techniques and some of them are original techniques. King Vegeta is truly more ruthless than he was in his original form. He is cold and ruthless, even attempting to kill his own son.
