King Furry waving
King Furry is an anthromorphic dog that is in the government position as Lord Monarch of the World. He rules over everything and is responsible for his relative Yokashi having a criminal protection safe house in Shigai Valley. Though his power is overshadowed by the likes of Arashi and Korin, he is mentioned numerous times throughout DBR.
