Izel is the newest generation of the Cold Family and is in fact one of Cooler's sons. Izel is merciless like Frieza and strong like Cooler, his father. He is one of the top elite in the family. Izel looks to someday live through his father's footsteps as becoming the strongest in the entire universe and decides to destroy Planet Namek, but could he do it all by himself or does he need help??
