The Harore are an intelligent alien race in the story of Mo'o 'Ala- The Mighty Primate King.
History[]
The Harore as a race were created by Kane as one of his many tests to create the perfect race to inhabit his paradise. They were meant to contrast with their polar opposites, the Huawhenua (who represent brawn). Their home planet was a large, hellish, terrestrial planet akin to that of Planet Vegeta in the main storyline.
Throughout their history, despite Kane's wishes, they only pursued science to improve themselves and to combat the Huawhenua, leading to numerous wars. The Harore and Huawhenua would continue fighting until a massive plague in the Harore ranks left many dead and others infertile, giving the Huawhenua the upperhand. At this time, an insurgent group of the Harore came into power, who sought to attempt to better their relations with the Huawhenua rather than fight them. Rather than solve the problem, they were scorned by both sides. Just as the last Harore cities were invaded, Kane took pity on these seemingly "good" Harore and used his powers to send them to Ao while also stripping them of the great majority of their memories.
The last of Harore left on their home planet perished to the Huawhenua, with only the ones chosen by Kane surviving. Through their new course of history, they became the Haole, and after thousands of years of inner conflicts between themselves and other races that had been deemed to be pure, they eventually became the United Haole Nations.
Biology[]
The original Harore were scrawny humanoids, much weaker than a human, with large heads due to their high brain capacity. They have all the same capacities as a human and most other proto-humans since they were all based off the gods. They began to use technology to modify their bodies, with some of the first generations being essentially cyborgs. Towards the end of their defeat in the war with the Huawhenua, they began to change to a horomone to modify their bodies that made them taller, more muscular, gave them slightly smaller heads, and over generations increased the overall strength of the species. This horomone eventually became naturally occurring in their genes, eventually to the point where the average Haole is at least on par with many of the more fit humans, with some individuals (Admiral Caeruleum, for instance) being much stronger due to a combination of training and a strong influence by the horomone.
