Hakusa is a Saiyan and Time Patrol member. She appears in Pan's Ascent.

Hakusa regularly dons a black gi top with a white short-sleeved undershirt, brown fingerless gloves, purple baggy pants, and yellow boots with a purple stripe down the middle.
Her green hairstyle is partially reminiscent of Videl's, which Hakusa has neither confirmed nor denied she based it off of.

Upon first meeting Pan and measuring her power level, Hakusa became worried for her once she saw how low it was and inquired to Trunks if he was sure she was ready. Hakusa's fears seemed to be confirmed upon seeing Pan critically injured after her mission with Raditz, though as time went on and Pan slowly began to improve, Hakusa's mindset regarding her changed.

Having known Amura for some time, Hakusa sees much potential in the human patroller.
