Grandmaster Yotchan
Grandmaster Yotchan is a martial arts master and one of the most powerful and skilled trainers in the world. He was brought back from the dead by Fortuneteller Baba to battle Arashi. Yotchan is a concieted and braggadocious old man with unworldly skills and timing in his battles. He is also one of the few survivng Phoenix Masters and his energy clash with Arashi's own Phoenix Wave left both Yotchan and Arashi with tattered clothing and expended energy. After the battle, Yotchan was sent back to Otherworld. Yotchan has been recognized worldwide for his martial arts prowess and it has been noted that he is the in Strongest Under the Heavens Hall Of Fame for participating in it more times than anyone. He is said to share prior history with Kami.
