The Galactrix Arena was an organization that broadcasted gladiator fights in Universe 7. Located on Tuhak Ecli, the organization was one of the most popular entertainment shows in the entire universe. After it accrued debts to the Galactic Bank, it was summarily destroyed, the gladiators were taken as slaves, and the planet was sold on the galactic market. Years later, the organization was rebooted by Erakhi Muqhat and it became extremely popular within the Planet Trade Organization. The Galactrix Arena was allowed to persist, even though Nitro claimed that it was in his territory, as an independent faction for several decades.
History[]
The Galactrix Arena was founded in Before Age 1744. It began broadcasting gladiatorial fights in Before Age 1741. For many years, it was one of the most popular shows in the universe. However, corruption in its leadership eventually led to most of the profits being stolen, squandered, and poorly allocated. By Age 329, the organization had fallen into massive debt to the Galactic Bank. Suffice to say, the Galactic Bank eventually put an end to the Galactrix Arena swiftly and brutally, putting the company and its planet on the market for sale after the debt was finally paid back. There Tuhak Ecli remained, in a state of existential uncertainty, for several hundred years.
In Age 671, Mr. Muqhat purchased the planet and re-founded the Galactrix Arena. It quickly gained popularity again all throughout the universe, and the profits brought in from advertising alone allowed the fighting pits to be rebuilt, expanded, and modernized at record pace. By Age 720, the Galactrix Arena was once again well-known throughout the universe and was particularly popular with members of the Planet Trade Organization. Though the world existed in the far west of the universe, its solar system was nominally claimed by Lord Nitro, although no attempt to ever conquer Tuhak Ecli was made. Instead, Mr. Muqhat paid a yearly tax to Nitro's Empire to allow them to continue operating in imperial space.
Throughout the early Age 700s, Linessi competed in this world's fighting pits, winning the most prestigious tournament (the Premier League) four times before being purchased by the Kai Dekiru in Age 743. She retired with what was, at the time, the most Premier League wins in Galactrix history.
in Age 739, Chaiva was sold to Sowrspot in Nalnarath's Hold on Tuhak Ecli. The Saiyan began competing in the Galactrix Arena thereafter. After being captured by Tanghor and his slavers In Age 745, Hikain won the Premier League. The next year, Chaiva killed Hikain in the finals to take the Premier League title. Afterwards Nitro broke her out of her holding cage after Sowrspot refused to sell the Saiyan for how much he offered for her.
