The Galactic Net is type of social media on a Galactic scale in Dragon Ball Galaxy. Planet that are able to connect with the Net, via spectral signal, are able to get current events in the galaxy. The Galactic Net was founded by the Xeno Dominion over 800 years in the past.

The Tuffle Confederacy was connected with the Net for 500 years (Age 239). The were soon disconnected in Age 739 when they were destroyed by the Saiyans.
Saiyans[]
After gain their freedom in Age 739, the saiyans reversed engineered Tuffle technology and was able to connect with Net after discovering the Signal.
Humans[]
When the United Earth Alliance was formed after driving the Saiyan off Earth. Capsule Corp Scientist were able to intercept the signal and inadvertently connect with the Net. Through the net, The alliance used this to broadcast the Liberation Campaign.
