Fursar (フルサー Furusā) is the result of the fusion between the most powerful Tuffle warriors
Appearance[]
Fursar is a dashing warrior with an elegant, cybernetic body that reminds us of the Tuffle species' advanced technology. He wears a metal blue, smoothly rounded helmet-shaped headpiece with a monstrous, curved fin, similar to a Tuffle battle helmet. He has his eyes concealed behind an scouter-like visor radiating a brilliant blue color that enhances his calculation abilities. His bodysuit, being a close-fitting one, is dark red and it has green and teal blue bio-mechanical armor, making him stronger and more resistant. His metallic-colored gloves and boots can also be seen, marking his organic and synthetic upgrading.
Personality[]
Fursar is a cold and calculating warrior with a deep-seated sense of vengeance against the Saiyans, forged from the collective knowledge and experience of Tuffle warriors that went into his creation. Unlike most fusion warriors, he has a haunting sense of coherence, as if his merged ancestors' voices resonate inside his head and guide his movements. He's highly intelligent, battle-savvy in terms of tactics, and usually doesn't allow emotions to get the better of him.But beneath the calm mask of his face lies a raging fury, driving him to reclaim what he believes rightfully belongs to the Tuffles' legacy.
Biography[]
Born out of the combination of best Tuffle warriors by a technologically advanced bio-engineering method, Fursar was crafted as the finest instrument to reclaim Planet Plant from the Saiyans. Believed to have been wiped out for many years, the Tuffles had worked secretly on an art of blending their most potent warriors into a single perfect organism, using a combination of biotechnology and the manipulation of spiritual energy. As he stood up, Fursar carried with him the burden of his people's history, their scientific brilliance as well as their thirst for revenge. He is a warrior of unmatched battle skills and a master strategist, resolved to fight against the mightiest warriors in the galaxy, believing that only by beating them will he be able to fulfill his fate.

Fursar is an extremely lethal warrior, merging Tuffle intelligence with the latest fighting ability. His ability to analyze opponents in the course of battle, counter their forms, and detect and strike vulnerable points makes him nearly unbeatable. His fighting power is matched by that of the best Saiyan warriors, and with his cybernetic implants, he can endure wars that would defeat most warriors. His biggest flaw is his excessive dependence on strategy—if he is faced with unpredictable or random battle strategy, his planning will fail. Fursar is the pinnacle of Tuffle technology, a revenge- and war-conceived individual with science. With his combined powers rendering him unmatched, he walks the path of conquest, destined to create a new destiny for the Tuffle people.

- Tuffle Overload Cannon - A devastating energy blast concentrated into one, high-density beam that adapts to a foe's power level to ensure maximum effect.
- Nano-Regeneration - By virtue of his bio-engineered physiology, Fursar has the ability to regenerate any damage at an accelerated rate, and it becomes difficult to kill him in a prolonged battle.
- Neural Disruptor Field - Releases an energy wave that disrupts a foe's nervous system, retarding their movement and reaction rate for a brief period.
- Omega Phantom Strike - Travels at near instant speeds to phase through an attack from an enemy and strike from multiple directions at once.
- Parasitic Absorption - A technique derived from his Tuffle heritage, in which he is able to drain power from foes and temporarily increase his own strength.
