File (ファイル, Fairu) is a Human in Dragon Ball Z: The Forgotten. She is featured in the fourth saga and is introduced in the chapter "Mist".

Appearance[]
File is a human. Appearance-wise, File has blue-grey eyes and brown hair. She is about average height and weight, but is somewhat toned physically (due to her training under Cardinal). She is not Japanese, but looks to be of European descent. In the story, she is portrayed as a girl. However, File is biologically a male. She is transgender.
Personality[]
File is a very impulsive and unabashed character. The way in which she speaks (and supposedly thinks) is very direct, sometimes too much so. Not much else of her personality is showcased as Shoekki kills her before she can become a major character. File also has a father complex, idolizing Cardinal (sexually) as her father.

Dragon Ball Z: The Forgotten[]
Planet Earth Saga[]
File was a minor character who worked under Cardinal in The Forgotten. She was one of Cardinal's associate members of the new Red Ribbon Army; part of the team that was used to track down the Saiyan Ledas. She, however, didn't aid in this hunt that much, as soon upon her arrival in town, she ran into Shoekki and became his girlfriend. Thereafter, she tried to help Shoekki find his brother, Ryori but did not get far before she was killed. This was because, at the end of the Planet Earth Saga, Shoekki himself found out that File was actually a guy; causing Shoekki, in a drug and firearm induced rage, to end her life.

- File is the first of Cardinal's associates to be killed.
- File is also the only one of Cardinal's associates to be killed in the Planet Earth Saga.
