Neon born more than 24,000 years ago was born a Half Angel-Half Saiyan Hybrid. Because of his origins he was very powerful for saiyan and angel standards of age. He constantly trains to impress his father achieving high power levels, to become the ultimate being in the universe's, which he became stronger than both Zeno's.
Neon was born with glowing yellow spiky hair, blue glowing eyes and a yellow glowing aura. He used to wear the formal Universe 7 God of Destruction clothing, with the bottom armor that Zeno's guards wear, and a yellow scarf glowing with Neo's aura,containing some of his overwhelming power. When Neon became the True Destroyer he begin to wear a black Muscle Shirt with a golden gross, two golden arm bands, his god of destruction cuffs with black gloves, and on his lower body he wears his scarf on his waist but it's black because he let more of his power flow but it shows a glow still because it still contains his vast power. After Neon became the Ultimate Destroyer he wore the same attire he wore when he was the True Destroyer but he also had his God of Destruction symbol bottom. When Neo got a higher rank as The Omni-Prince he wore the attire he used to wear as just a god of destruction but he wore 2 golden earrings and his hair was red. When he became The Omni-Deity after reaching his true power he wore a full set of armor that was the same as Zeno's royal guards bottom armor, and he had his upper God of Destruction symbol top and had his angel halo, which his eyes and hair were glowing White because of his Mastered Ultra Instinct Power Fully Awakened.
Personalty[]
Neon has a very strong willed,caring,loyal,lenient but sometimes strict and protective personalty. When it comes to his family he can be very protective and if any would cause his family harm he would eliminate them. He is very loyal to his friends and subordinates and never lies to them and helps him as much as he can if he deems it rightful. Neo is very strongwilled when he insisted on training Goku and Vegeta and later on the 2 saiyan's son's kid Trunks,Goten and Gohan he was very lenient except when teaching Vegeta one time, because of Vegeta's pride he would sometime do things his own way but that proved unwise when one day Neon had enough of Vegeta's attitude and told him "Get your act straight if you wish to become stronger you need to put your pride aside and listen if you don't want to I can force you if need be!". it was on that day Vegeta saw Neon's ambition and listened and set his pride aside out of respect and fear of Neon, which allowed him to reach new heights of power and strength.
Biography[]
All of Neon's backstory is unknown to himself,as well as most of the other angels because of how he was born The Grand Priest did not even know that an angel could make a baby through intimate means without using power to create them, so he was known as The Miracle Child. However growing up Neon excelled at his training his mother was a saiyan of universe 6 which there race was older than the saiyan's of planet vegeta explaining how he could be so old. As Neon trained over thousands of years he had become very strong and decided he wanted to be A God of Destruction, when he begin to train after choosing Whis his favorite angel sibling he excelled at Whis's training which was far harder then how Whis trained Goku and Vegeta later on and even Beerus which he was not all Surprised how excellent his younger brother was doing. It had been 12,342 years after Neon had finished training with Whis sand his other angel siblings as well as Lord Beerus. He constantly trained more and more until he had kept getting titles until he became known as The Omni-Deity for his power being above that of Zeno.
Powers and Ability's[]
Ki Blast: The ability to create energy waves to attack people. Neon's Ki blast can destroy multiple planets in one shot causing devasting effects of high winds with the blow back of this blast destroying even more planets ripping then into parts.
Ki Flight: The Ability to use Ki to fly with relative ease.
Hakai: An ability all God's of Destruction posses, an attack that uses one's God Ki to exterminate any creature regardless of rank or power and even galaxy's but useless against the Omni-King's, and Angels.
God Kamehameha: An Kamehameha able to destroy galaxy's with the blowbacks of destroying one. Created by Neon after trying out Kamehameha.
Big Bang Attack: An Large Ki blast that does more damage then a regular Ki blast.
Universe Destroyer: An Immense Ki wave that can destroy an entire universe with ease. Created by Neon.
True Sphere of Destruction: Neon made this move from when Beerus taught him Sphere of Destruction he combined two spheres of destruction and the power of the sphere was far stronger, and greater than The Sphere of Destruction.
Whirlwind Blade:
An wind attack. Neon waves his hand and this makes winds that form tornado's and powerful storms capable of shredding planets, as well as other creatures.
Big Bang Kamehameha: A move where one unleashes powerful ki waves from there hands.
Dragon Flash Bullet: A move where Neon fire's Ki blasts repeatedly from both hands in a wide range.
Instant Transmission: A move one can use to quickly get from one location to another using energy.
Sphere of Destruction: Attack with a huge Ki blast of overwhelming power. Neon learned this move from Beerus.
Break Cannon: Spew all charged Ki from your mouth. The more Ki one has the stronger the attack.
Vacation Delete:
Trigger a giant explosion with a ki blast. When the enemy is hit it causes immense damage able to kill weaker being's and can paralyze them.
Supernova: A move Frieza has used to destroy whole planets with this attack. Which is a huge Ki Blast.
Afterimage: A move you can use to block any attack if timed right,and can be used to confuse your opponent.
X10 Kamehameha: A Ki blast that can be charged with more power than a normal Kamehameha.
Spirit Bomb: A move Neon saw Goku use while training. Collect a fearsome Ki Blast. Release the stored energy whenever you want.
Double Sunday: Fire 2 Ki Blasts straight ahead,one can make it a v-shaped Blast.
God Breaker: Pose to stop a strike attack. If successful, you can freeze your enemy and fire Ki Blasts.
God of Destruction's Anger: Fire powerful,long range Ki waves from the fingers. Neon learned this skill from Beerus.
God of Destruction's Wrath: Uses one's Ki to fire Ki blasts in all directions. Neon learned this skill from Beerus.
God of Destruction's Rampage: A skill where one attack's in quick succession while shrouded in a blue protective aura. Damage taken during this attack damage done to the user reduces stamina, instead of health which turns into health. Neon learned this skill from Beerus.
Thunder Eraser: Charge and Ram from the front to bewilder one's enemy.
Flash Bomber: One fire's a Ki Blast barrage. The more Ki you have the longer one can keep firing.
Wall of Defense: Be one's ally invincibles shield, by using Ki.
Devouring Blade: Create A ki Blade that can absorb Ki from anything it makes contact with. A move made by Neon.
Drain Field: Put up a barrier that absorbs Ki Blast moves. The Ki Blasts absorbed will be added to one's own Ki.
Spirit Boost: Block's ones opponents Ki with sheer energy. Works over a wide range.
Celestial Super Saiyan 2: In this form Neon's health and attack rises very high, and Ki blasts are stronger, and as well there isn't any limits to his skill use...... Same for other transformations just higher.
