Facilitate is a technique that can only be used by Rectrom in his Retro Super Saiyan State. He normally uses it as part of a sequence in which it is preceeded by Retrospective, and suceeded by Conceal. After Retrospective is used, and the enemy realizes his pass sins, facilitate is used to have it the only thing on replay within their mind temporarily, then conceal is used to not allow them to ever think of anything else, thus leaving them in a permenant mental coma.
