Energy Scattershot (スカターショト気功波, Sukatāshoto Kikōha) is a ki-based technique widely used by the Planet Trade Organization soldiers on Planet Cooler 092. The motion for making this energy blast is unique. The user makes a fist (the energy forms into a small ball inside), then sweep their arm across their chest, in a horizontal arc, opening their fist as they go. If done right, a flurry of energy beams will shoot out in random directions. And despite its appearance, this blast can be very deadly at close ranges. At further ranges it loses much of its effectiveness.
