Energy Pillar' (気功波柱, Kikōha Hashira) is an attack used by Verlate. To use it, Verlate conjures up energy with her mind and materializes it below her opponent. Then, it shoots up from the ground and hits the unsuspecting opponent. Verlate does not need to perform any hand motions for this attack to work, so it is a good stealth maneuver. Since this attack is a beam, should the opponent dodge it and shoot a beam of their own into it, a beam struggle could theoretically occur, unlikely as that is.
