Energy Binds is a technique that is used several times throughout The Forgotten's universe. Its use is passive, merely to restrain opponents. When using it, the blast comes out of the user's fingertips, like a normal beam. However, it then does not explode when hitting an opponent. It wraps around that being, with the objective to stall or hold down. It's power is based on the user's power level, and can usually be broken if the opponent is strong enough.
