Emperor Chiaotzu (天皇餃子 Ten'nō Chaozu) is the parallel world counterpart of Chiaotzu and Emperor of Mifan.
Biography[]
Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure[]
Emperor Chiaotzu at some point became the Emperor of Mifan while being in love with a doll called Ran Ran. Minister Shen and General Tao plotted to overthrow him by "kidnapping" his wife in order to get him to seek out the Dragon Balls. Lieutenant Blue attempted to tell him the truth, but was killed by Tao.
Tien gives Ran Ran back to Chiaotzu at the end of the Movie.
Dragon Ball Advanced[]
Goku Black: GT crossed worlds in order to meet Emperor Chiaotzu and invited him to attend the tournament - Emperor Chiaotzu asks him to gauge the power of the other fighters and Goku Black: GT truthfully told he would be defeated in the Challenge Round of the Tournament. The Supreme Kai offered to boost his powers if he agrees and as a result - Black revives Lieutenant Blue at his request and agree to his invitation as Emperor Chiaotzu intends to use the Super Dragon Balls to make Ran Ran - real.
Power[]
Thanks to the boost in power from Goku Black: GT - Chiaotzu was able to put up a fight against Jamila's team along with his teammates.

- Telekinesis - Emperor Chiaotzu is a powerful practitioner of Telekinesis being able to set his opponent ablaze, manipulate atoms, warp reality, and even absorb and convert energy.
- Combustion - Emperor Chiaotzu is able to cause people and objects to combust in order to incinerate his opponents or even cause explosions.
- Subatomic/Energy Manipulation - To control matter and energy at subatomic levels. e.g. rearranging atoms and controlling energy.
- Energy Absorption and Conversion - Through his Atomic Manipulation - Chiaotzu can absorb energy and convert into power.
- Reality Warping - Chiaotzu is able to warp reality.
- Psionic Explosion - The ability to create and discharge destructive psychic energy across a wide range.
