Captain Elsita is the Human female and the Commanding officer of the ASV Endar Spire and the ASV Gotengo. She joined the Alliance Spacefleet in Age 750 two years after the Human-Saiyan War. She participated in the Battle of Earth against the tuffles and the Gete Star. She rose to the ranks and became Captain the Gotengo in Age 768. She is a non-Ki user but is expert in using the Powersuits making her formidable fighter.
