These dragon balls work just as they do in canon. They appear in Dragon Ball: Journeys. They are orange with yellow stars on them. They summon the eternal dragon Ryujinmaru, who can grant 2 wishes.

They appear in The Demon Lord Zarba Saga, and are the main objective of that saga.
