Dragon Ball Z: Quest for Power is a fan-written sequel to its predecessor of the same name. It continues the theme of godhood, established in Battle of Gods with the introduction of Beerus and Whis and the Super Saiyan God. The plot focuses on the reintroduction of Supreme Kai who succeeds Beerus as the new antagonist for Son Goku. In terms of timeline, the story takes place after the Future Trunks Saga.
