God of Destruction Saga - Remastered

Chapter 2 - Goku Defeated

Beerus asks the Oracle Fish if she hasn't predicted something about a Super Saiyan God, and she confirms. Beerus gets excited, but Whis reveals that most of the Saiyans were destroyed when Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta. However, a few Saiyans escaped and are now living on Earth, but there is one on King Kai's Planet. Beerus and Whis then leave to North Kai's planet.

Meanwhile, Goku is still training alongside Bubbles on King Kai's planet. He stops, however, when King Kai senses Beerus approaching. Goku asks him what is happening, and King Kai tells him about the identity of the God of Destruction, and just then, Beerus and Whis arrive. Beerus challenges Goku to a fight, and despite the objections of King Kai, Goku accepts, transforming into a Super Saiyan. He throws flurry of attacks to which Beerus dodges with ease. Frustrated at being unable to defeat this new powerful foe, Goku transforms higher into Super Saiyan 2, and then Super Saiyan 3, but still has no luck against the God of Destruction. Finally, bored with the fight, Beerus asks Goku to hurry up and become a Super Saiyan God. Goku gets confused by this, revealing that Super Saiyan 3 is his highest form. Irritated, Beerus vanishes and appears behind the Saiyan, knocking him out with a single blow to the back of his neck.

In another place of the universe, Champa senses Beerus fighting Goku and reveals that Beerus won't notice them on the move. When he and Vados notice that Beerus and Whis are leaving for Earth, Champa is relieved that Beerus hasn't noticed him yet. Beerus and Whis then arrive above Earth.

Chapter 3 - Rage of Beerus

On King Kai's Planet, Goku is in pain after battling with Beerus. King Kai tells Goku that he warned him about fighting Beerus and Goku agrees. Goku is aware that Beerus is heading to Earth and Bulma is having her birthday party.

On Earth, a battle broke out between Beerus, Gohan, and Majin Buu. Majin Buu and Gohan have been blasted by a single kiai from Beerus, taking them out. Beerus tells them that he only went to Earth to ask about the Super Saiyan God but was given a rude introduction. Goten and Trunks fuse into Gotenks and challenges Beerus. With Beerus explaining that he wanted to try pudding, Gotenks replied back by saying that Majin Buu ate it and they have no control over it. Gotenks then transforms into Super Saiyan 3 and charges Beerus, only being grabbed by the arm and thrown into the ocean.

Piccolo gets angry and attempts to use his Special Beam Cannon but Vegeta told him not to because fighting him would be pointless. Beerus starts remembering who Vegeta was, meeting him on Planet Vegeta while he was a child. A flashback to Planet Vegeta: Vegeta is seeing his father, King Vegeta, being stepped over the God of Destruction Beerus, frightening Vegeta. Back to present time, Vegeta tells Dende and Piccolo that he is the strongest god there is. Bulma walks over to Beerus and slaps him for causing a commotion during her party. Everyone at the party is scared and as a result, Beerus slaps Bulma, enraging Vegeta.

Seeing Bulma get slapped caused Vegeta to receive a rage boost in his Super Saiyan 2 form. Vegeta charges at Beerus only to be punched. However, Vegeta didn't back down, getting several hits on Beerus going to from ship to the water, then being blasted in the air. Krillin realizes that Vegeta has gotten stronger and wonders how. Beerus is unhurt by Vegeta's blast and attempts to blow up the Earth, but Goku arrives by the use of Instant Transmission and asks for time.

Meanwhile, on the Sacred World of the Kai, Kibito Kai and Old Kai are watching the fight between Vegeta and Beerus through a crystal ball. Old Kai is troubled and notices a force destroying planets even though Beerus is on Earth. Old Kai creates another crystal ball and sees Champa and Vados wondering space talking about "huge wish orbs". Champa and his attendant notices Old Kai and Kibito Kai spying and immediately goes to their planet. While asked about what they heard, Kibito Kai and Old Kai deny hearing anything. Champa and his attendant, unconvinced by their lies, leave anyway. Old Kai thinks they could be after the Namekian Dragon Balls and has Kibito Kai hurry to Planet Namek to protect them.

Chapter 4 - Battle of Gods

Goku has an idea for Beerus to meet the Super Saiyan God. Goku tells Bulma to get the Dragon Balls ready so he could summon Shenron. Shenron is summoned and is asked how to create a Super Saiyan God. Shenron tells the group that six righteous Saiyans are needed to create a Saiyan God. There are only five Saiyans present on Earth but however, Videl reveals that she is pregnant, carrying hers and Gohan's quarter Saiyan child. The six perform the ritual pouring their energy into Goku. With success, Goku becomes a Super Saiyan God. Everyone is shocked at seeing Goku's appearance and Beerus is excited to start their battle. Goku is ready to fight too and says that if he wins, Earth gets to exist. Beerus replies and says that no one in the universe is stronger than he is. The two are prepared and ready to fight.

Goku begins by charging at Beerus but gets blocked. Goku expresses that he couldn't believe a world like that existed. Continuing their battle, Beerus is impressed by Goku. Goku and Beerus fly toward the city and fight there. After exchanging blows, Goku is adjusting to the form which is noted out by Beerus. The two clash again and fight their way toward the stratosphere in space. Their battle is causing the universe to shatter making planets explode. With the Super Saiyan God being temporary and Goku's power is running out, Beerus decides to use a Beerus Ball. The launch of the Sphere of Destruction is heading in Goku's and Earth's direction. Goku however has more power to be able to fires burst of Limitbreaker Kamehameha and fires back at Beerus. The Super Saiyan God form has run out and Beerus is fascinated by Goku's efforts and decides to destroy Earth on his next visit.

Beerus wishes Goku to reach new heights in power and reveals to him that there are twelve universes and he is the God of Destruction from the seventh universe, their current living world. He also mentions that Whis is not only his attendant but his master making him stronger than him. Beerus wishes Goku farewell and leaves with Whis.

Meanwhile, on the Sacred World of the Kai, Kibito Kai had been to New Namek and attained their Dragon Balls. Old Kai notices that Champa is on the other side of the universe and tells Kibito Kai to return them, but Kibito Kai makes use of them and wishes to defuse becoming Shin and Kibito again. Old Kai thinks they wasted the power of the Potara, not putting it in use. After Beerus had left the scene, Old Kai wonders about the lasting peace of the universe.

Out in the universe, members of the Frieza Force found a Dragon Ball that is bigger than normal. Garana orders his soldiers to report the headquarters of the sighting of a Dragon Ball, but they are blown up by Champa. At headquarters on Planet Frieza 17, Tagoma informs Sorbet that Guarana's ship has been blown up by an unidentified force, which shocks him and Shisami. Sorbet declares that their only choice from not suffering is to revive Frieza. Somewhere in space, Vados warns Champa of Beerus noticing his doings which Champa replies that they are heading and the next time him and Beerus meet, he will give him a souvenir.

Chapter 5 - (Resurrection ’F’)

As Frieza is in Earth's Hell reminiscing about his defeat over Goku and Future Trunks, Sorbet is in outer space using his scouter to look a for Namekian to use the Dragon Balls to revive Frieza. On Earth, Gohan and Videl are showing Pan off to Piccolo then it suddenly goes dark. Tien Shinhan, Krillin, and Chiaotzu also notices and wonders what Emperor Pilaf and his gang are up to.

Shenron was indeed summoned, and the trio of the Pilaf Gang were there also with Sorbet and Tagoma. As Shenron was summoned, Sorbet shouts for Frieza to be revived but Shenron doesn't respond. Sorbet asks if he could make the wish, but Shenron says that his body was cut into pieces, and it would be no point without his soul. Tagoma suggests they used the recovery chambers on the ship, so Sorbet tells Shenron to revive him anyway. As Frieza was revived in pieces, they leave on their ship, while Gohan and Piccolo sense a familiar ki and wonders what it was.

On the spaceship, Frieza is being revived and is dreaming nightmares about his defeats. As he was obliterated by Goku is his dream, Frieza was infilled with rage and shattered the chamber and everyone's scouters except Tagoma's and Sorbet's. After being greeted by Sorbet, Tagoma, and his staff, he says that he must kill the Saiyans who defeated him before. Tagoma with a mere suggestion of ignoring those two, Frieza shoots a blast at him, and points out he, himself, has remained weak. After this incident, Sorbet tells Frieza that Goku has been strong enough to kill Majin Buu and they have no data afterwards. As Frieza hears this, he remembers that his father told him not to touch either Majin Buu or the God of Destruction, Beerus. As Frieza is not happy of this ordeal, he wonders what'll happened if he trained to draw out his latent potential and goes off to train for four months.

Chapter 6 - (Resurrection ’F’)

On Beerus' Planet, Whis is seen training Goku and Vegeta. Whis showing little to no effort against this two, and Goku and Vegeta are putting everything they have into their blows. Whis uses his immense speed to block every attack and "autograph" Goku and Vegeta on their new battle clothes. Whis stops the fight as Goku and Vegeta aren't putting up a good fight. He tells Goku and Vegeta that they don't need to think first before they attack, but Vegeta shows this more than Goku. He goes on to say that each part of their body needs to fight for their own and says that Beerus hasn't perfected it yet. As he was saying this, Goku points out he steps in poop. He was reminded to tell Vegeta his flaw. He says that Vegeta is too tense during fights and needs to relax like Goku. Whis goes to Goku and hits him. Goku's flaw was that he is too calm during fights and always lets his guard down.

All of a sudden, Beerus has been awoken and shoots a ki blast towards Goku and almost hits him head-on. Beerus goes back to sleep, as if he didn't care of the outcome, but he was sleepy. Whis tells the two that when Beerus got too sleepy, destroyed both of their suns and it became pitch dark. He explains that he can do over events, usually if Beerus did anything stupid. Vegeta asks what Whis was and simply says he's a life-form, known as Whis.

As Frieza arrives on Earth after his four months of training, Piccolo's premonition became true, and Gohan tells Dende to explain to everyone that Frieza has been revived. As Piccolo and Gohan fly closer towards Frieza, Frieza fires a Death Beam towards North City, destroying it. As Gohan, Piccolo, Master Roshi, Tien Shinhan, and Krillin arrive, they've been wondering where the others are: Yamcha and Chiaotzu were told to stay back by Tien Shinhan because it might've been dangerous for them. Gohan was told by Bulma to not let Goten and Trunks know of Frieza because they're reckless. Good Buu has fallen into a deep sleep and won't be awake for a while. Frieza was looking for Goku, but Piccolo says that he wasn't on Earth. As they were discussing this, Sorbet points out a spaceship landing..

Chapter 7 - (Resurrection ’F’)

A spaceship, containing of Bulma and an unknown character arrived. He was later known to be Jaco and he was revealed to the group that he is a long-time friend of the Brief family. While Bulma had no luck in getting in touch with Vegeta nor Goku, she has Jaco help the Z Fighters battle against the New Frieza Army. While they were having a conversation, Sorbet orders the soldiers to attack them. Surprised, Sorbet notices that Frieza's soldiers were failing at taking the warriors on. However, Frieza is not. He notices Gohan who turned Super Saiyan, take out Shisami with one punch. On Beerus' Planet, Whis is still training Goku and Vegeta. The Oracle Fish arrives and tells Whis to check his messages, in which he received one from Bulma.

Back on Earth, Bulma receives a message from Goku, and he needs Gohan, Tien Shinhan, Master Roshi, and Krillin to fully power-up so that he could reach Earth using Instant Transmission from Beerus' planet. On arriving, Goku and Vegeta encounter Frieza briefly, and Frieza immediately transforms into his final form. Goku is the first to battle Frieza with Vegeta on the sidelines. Mid-air, Goku starts power up even further, displaying the power of Super Saiyan God,shocking Frieza as the two charge at each other and begin fighting. During the fight, Goku has the upper hand with Frieza struggling to keep up. Goku fires a God Kamehameha and Frieza is heavily damaged. Goku notices that Frieza is holding back his power and encourages to bring it out. Frieza begins showing off his new evolution.

Chapter 8 - (Resurrection ’F’)

Goku then transforms into Super Saiyan God and Frieza transforms into a new form, Golden Frieza. After Frieza's power drops immensely due to the fact that he didn't get used to his new form, Goku ultimately gains the upper hand, but when he inevitably defeats Frieza he is blasted in the chest by Sorbet due to letting his guard down leaving him terribly wounded. Frieza stands over the nearly incapacitated Goku and offers Vegeta a chance to kill Goku for him in exchange for his own life.

Vegeta refuses, and after telling off Goku for letting his guard down saying Whis tried to warn him, tells Krillin to revive Goku with a Senzu Bean. As the latter moves to do so, Frieza attacks him, but Vegeta intercepts and deflects Frieza's attack towards Sorbet, which kills him. Vegeta then transforms into a Super Saiyan God as well, much to Frieza's shock. Vegeta attacks Frieza, eventually causing him to revert to his final form, forcing the space emperor to realize that he cannot win. Before Vegeta can finish him off, however, Frieza decides to destroy the planet, killing Vegeta in the process; Goku is absolutely shocked what technique Frieza is preforming.

Earth is destroyed, but Whis manages to save himself, Beerus, Bulma, Krillin, Gohan, Goku, Master Roshi, Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, and Jaco by creating a small bubble around themselves. While Bulma despairs, Goku expresses his regret that he didn't kill Frieza when he had the chance. Whis tells him that he has the power to rewind time but only by three minutes. He does so, and they arrive back right before Frieza destroys the Earth. Goku immediately attacks with a Dash Kamehameha and slaughters Frieza. Once Frieza returns to Hell, he is mocked by the Angels of Hell, who welcome him back.

Universe 6 Saga - Remastered

Chapter 9 - Beerus and Champa

Sometime has passed since the battle with Golden Frieza, Goku and Vegeta continue training under Whis on Beerus' Planet. Goku and Vegeta are sparring with each other. Vegeta begins to start losing to Goku because of his use of the Instant Transmission. Vegeta starts to get agitated, going with his flaw as a fighter and Whis picks up on this. Before Goku could knock down Vegeta, he turns Saiyan Beyond God and uses a ki blast against him. Goku turns Saiyan Beyond God too as he and Vegeta ramble to each other with both using "Saiyan Beyond Super Saiyan God " repeatedly, causing Goku to bite his tongue. Goku complains about the name Vegeta gave the transformation as Whis interrupts them and suggests the name "Super Beyond Saiyan, which the two decide to accept. Whis reminds them that their fight was a "transformation restricted" one so he punishes them for it, giving them heavy-weighted suits.

Champa and Vados show up and Champa orders Whis to get Beerus, who is at the time asleep. As Whis takes off, Goku asks Champa a negative comment about his appearance, so Vados tells him that he is Beerus' twin brother and is the God of Destruction of Universe 6. Goku and Vegeta are shocked, so Goku asks which between the two are stronger. Vados makes a comment of their physiques giving away the answer, making Champa mad at her. She also tells them that she is Whis' sister and claims to be a little stronger than he is. Whis returns with Beerus and objects her claim. Vados then suggests they should fight to find out who is stronger.

Beerus and Champa have a ritual of having a food show-off when seeing each other. Beerus gives Champa Cup Ramen and Champa gives Beerus a boiled egg from a newly discovered bird. They both try each other's dishes. After Champa has tried the noodles, he asks of the origin of the food and Beerus responds with Earth. Champa immediately tells Vados to look for an Earth in their universe. Vegeta is confused and is told by Whis that there are twelve universes, and that universes whose numbers add up to the number "13" are twin universes. Vados finds their Earth and states that the humans are non-existent because of a "nonsense war". Champa gets mad that his universe isn't able of having delicate foods as the Earth of Universe 7, so he challenges Beerus to a face-off of their universes using five of their best warriors in one-on-one matches. Goku hearing this makes him even more excited.

Chapter 10 - Tournament Preparation

Long ago, Beerus and Champa are fighting in space. Champa is angry at Beerus for eating the Puff Puff Fruit from his birthday cake. Their fight was so mainstream that it wiped out several planets in their rampage. The two Gods of Destruction powered up a Sphere of Destruction but were merely knocked out by their attendants, Whis and Vados. Beerus and Champa are in agreement that they will not fight anymore but have food competitions, just as Whis suggested. In the present time, Champa claims to have six of the planet-sized Super Dragon Balls. He tells them if he won the tournament, he would use the Dragon Balls to switch Earths but if Beerus won, he would give the balls to him, but he has to look for the seventh one by himself.

Beerus agrees to take a part in this because he receives something in return if he wins and picks Goku and Vegeta as his first two warriors. The rules of the tournament have been decided to be the same as the World Martial Arts Tournament. It will begin in one week on the eighth solar calendar (five Earth days) on the Nameless Planet at 10 a.m. As Champa and Vados leave Beerus' Planet, Goku, Vegeta, and Beerus decide on their teammates for the tournament. They resulted in having Buu, Piccolo, and Beerus concludes with the strongest person he's ever faced. Gohan was considered but Goku decided to not have him because he's focused on studying.

Goku and Vegeta leave for Earth to get Bulma to invent a new Dragon Radar to locate the final Super Dragon Ball. Sometime later, Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo are there at Capsule Corporation when it's completed. Goku notices that the radar is working properly but Bulma tells him that Earth is at the edge of the universe, so it won't work where they are. Bulma then contacts her sister to get her to contact Jaco to go to Earth. After 50 minutes have passed, Jaco reaches Earth and complains because he was busy. Bulma asks Jaco if he could take her to the center of the universe, but he declines saying the center of the universe is hard to get to because there are tons of galaxies. He suggests going to Zuno, who should know everything about the Super Dragon Balls and that the radar should work in the center of the universe. Bulma leaves with Jaco to go see him. Before they go, Vegeta warns Jaco not to do weird with Bulma. Jaco looks back at Bulma and then shrugs his shoulders. Bulma immediately smacks Jaco for this.

As Bulma and Jaco leave, Goku comments that both he and Vegeta have feisty wives. Vegeta says that he doesn't hate that characteristic about Bulma. Goku even says that that's what he likes about Chi-Chi. Vegeta adds that only women that're strong-willed are able to handle Saiyan blood. This statement shocks Piccolo, realizing why they're with their wives.

Chapter 11 - Warriors from Universe 6

Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo visit the Satan House to tell Buu of the tournament and Mr. Satan is there with him. At the same time, Bulma heads off with Jaco to meet Zuno, the omniscient being. Jaco is astonished to hear of the Super Dragon Balls, even though he's a super elite of the Galactic Patrol. Jaco wants to see the matches on the Nameless Planet so Bulma lets him but wants him to invite his girlfriend. However, Jaco got dumped by her with the "typical break up line." Bulma even teases him for it.

On Zuno's Planet, Jaco and Bulma want to ask Zuno questions, but they are requested by his aide to present a present. Jaco presents a kiss, but Zuno only lets him ask him one question because he's a man. Jaco asks Zuno for Bulma's bust size to show off Zuno's knowledge. Zuno answers this question saying it was 87.2 centimeters before breast feeding but then it began to sag. Currently, he says, it's 83.4 centimeters. Bulma is angry this question was asked but she presents Zuno a kiss. She is given three questions because she's a woman, but middle-aged and not his type.

Two of Bulma's questions are used by accident, but she manages to get a question about the Super Dragon Balls. Zuno says that the Super Dragon Balls were formed by the Dragon God, Zalama in Year 41. They are 37,196.2204 kilometers in size, the size of planets. Zalama wanted the Super Dragon Balls to be seen from far away as a star, so he forms a refraction technique a year later. To summon the dragon, you must say "Come forth, Dragon of the Gods, and grant my wish, easy peasy!" He concludes by saying that once a wish is made, they scatter throughout both Universes 6 and 7 and must wait before a wish could be made again. Bulma tries to get more answers from Zuno by giving him more kisses but is told she must wait one year.

Goku and Vegeta spar.

In the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Goku and Vegeta are training. Goku wants to know if the guys on Champa's team will be strong. Vegeta responds saying that they will because Champa has seen him and Goku train and that he's confident still. Goku compliments Vegeta by saying he's smart but compared to him as Vegeta counters. Goku says he's excited to see Champa's fighters and the person Beerus has been speaking of. Vegeta tells him to act his age then Goku replies saying that Vegeta once told him that Saiyans are still considered young even at the age of 80. Vegeta says he was talking about his mentality. Vegeta is finished talking so he transforms into Super Saiyan Blue. Goku does the same so they could go all out. They continue training in the room for three years.

The day of the tournament, Whis is taking everyone to the Nameless Planet, the location of the tournament, in the cube. The team of Beerus are on, of course, and their family and friends also join. Everyone is there except for Gohan, who is at an important conference, stated by Videl to Goku. Bulma tells Beerus that the Super Dragon Balls scatter across both Universe 6 and 7. He gets mad that Champa has been in his universe before. The Pilaf Gang is there and they speculate the size of the Super Dragon Balls they were talking about. Out of Vegeta's curiosity, he wonders who an individual who Whis says is the strongest fighter Beerus has been talking about, Monaka. Monaka meets everyone and explains to Goku that his name means large nipples. At the same time, the Galactic King is there and is curious why no one is paying attention to him. Jaco explains to him that everyone has met higher beings than him like the God of Destruction and King Kai. Everyone then begins playing Shiritori.

After two hours and forty-five minutes of traveling from Earth to Beerus' Planet then to the Nameless Planet, they finally arrive. Everyone is amazed by the size of the Super Dragon Balls. As he shows up, Goku immediately sees Shin and Kibito who are currently separate. As Shin is explaining why they're separate, Goku notices two beings, Fuwa, the Universe 6 Supreme Kai, and his attendant. As he does this, the writing exam Vegeta asked for is starting. As they are walking towards the stage, both Goku and Vegeta notice a fighter from Champa's team that looks like Frieza. Champa and Vados are on the Nameless Planet creating the arena and its sections. Vados asks Champa if he has selected his fighters to counter Beerus'. He knows that Goku and Vegeta are Saiyans, so he is eager to get Saiyans from his universe for his team.

Chapter 12 - Goku vs. Botamo

Botamo continues to attack Goku, however the Saiyan proves time and time again he is superior in speed and counters his moves. Tien and Yamcha, watching from the sidelines, cheer for Goku and note that he's not allowing Botamo to counterattack. After knocking Botamo away, Goku realizes Botamo is unharmed, commenting that no attack is affecting him. Goku then proceeds to use a Super Kamehameha, landing a direct hit on Botamo, however the Universe 6 warrior still did not take any damage, much to the surprise of Goku and the audience, and the frustration of Beerus. Master Roshi comments that Botamo isn't taking any damage and his stamina isn't depleting at all. Champa is also shown to be proud that things are going according to plan.

While Botamo continues his battle with Goku, Piccolo and Vegeta realize that while Goku is stronger than his opponent, he has no chance of winning if he cannot deal any damage, and his own stamina will eventually deplete. While Krillin says its fine as Goku still can transform into a Super Saiyan, Vegeta then says that even if Goku did transform, he still wouldn't inflict any damage. Piccolo realizes that their plan of preserving their stamina as much as possible wouldn't be effective, and Goku might have to go all-out in the very first match.

During the match, Goku gets an idea, and pushes Botamo to the ground, shocking everyone. Goku then grabs Botamo by his legs and drags him towards the edge of the ring, dodging Botamo's Ki Blasts from behind. Botamo then tries to punch Goku, who grabs Botamo's arm and hurls him out of the ring, winning the match. Beerus and Whis appeared to be proud of Goku, noting that his head isn't primarily full of air. Universe 7 is now up by 1 win. Goku looks over at the Universe 6 team, and silently watches Hit, expressing a degree of unconcern. Goku's next opponent turns out to be Frost, whom he has to fight immediately after winning his match. Tien and Master Roshi wonder if Frost is the Universe 6 counterpart of Frieza and begin to worry. However, Frost extends his hand and wishes Goku a good match, and Bulma points out that Frost's personality is the polar opposite of Frieza's, calling him a gentleman.

Goku and Frost's match begins, and they show to be equal in terms of speed, not letting the other get the advantage. Their battle is so fast that the majority of the audience cannot follow their movements with their eyes. Goku slams into Frost's stomach with his leg, launching Frost against the arena as it seems that Goku has a edge over Frost. When they land, Goku tells Frost to transform, much to Frost's surprise. Goku points out that he fought someone similar to Frost in his own universe. Frost decides to transform into his "final form". Vegeta, Piccolo and Krillin realize that is not Frost's final form, as Goku was not aware of Frieza's previous transformations. Frost then asks if Goku was able to defeat his Universe 6 counterpart, but Goku replies saying it is best if he doesn't answer that. Assuming that's a no, Frost continues his battle with Goku.

As Frost gains an advantage over Goku in both speed and power, Vados comments that Frost is the strongest warrior in their universe. After landing a direct blow, Frost suggests that Goku surrender, but Goku preps back up unharmed, much to Frost's surprise. Goku tells Frost how he is a slow starter, and that he is aware Frost is hiding another transformation, saving it for later battles. Goku reveals he is doing the same, transforming into a Super Saiyan, and shocking the entirety of Universe 6, with Champa and Vados noting that Goku is no ordinary Saiyan. Telling Frost that he should transform before this battle is over, Goku rushes towards Frost, who then transforms into his true final form, with Goku commenting that this is bringing back memories.

Volume 2

Chapter 13 - Frost's True Form

Having transformed into his true final form, Frost prepares to continue his battle with Goku, who has transformed into a Super Saiyan. Cabba, on the sidelines, wonders if Frost has finally taken his true form, Krillin gulps from nervousness, and Champa and Vados show signs of confidence.

Both Frost and Goku power up and continue their fight. Frost charges towards Goku and launches himself into the air and fires a Ki Blast, which the Saiyan easily deflects. Frost proceeds to launch many more Ki Blasts, while Goku deflects them all, knocking them towards the barrier of the tournament ring. As Frost was growing closer to Goku, Goku managed to catch Frost's hands, surprising the Universe 6 warrior, and kicking him towards the barrier. Goten, Trunks, Ox-King, Dende, and Krillin all watch the battle in awe. Frost grumbles to himself, as Goku stands in triumph. Frost grows angry and charges towards Goku, who does the same, and they exchange many blows in mid-air. Champa is seen on the sidelines showing signs of concern.

Goku knocks Frost towards the ground and charges towards him, but Frost retaliates with a Kiai, which Goku manages to block with low difficulty. Goku launches a Kiai of his own, while Frost barely manages to block it, however it pushes him towards the edge of the ring. Fuwa is surprised at the match, while Old Kai comments that the tables have turned. Frost shows that he is impressed of Goku's strength, but says that he refuses to lose. Vegeta notes that Frost has no intention of forfeiting the match. Frost charges towards Goku and tries to attack him several times, however Goku easily counters them. Goku tells Frost that he is finished, and gives him the advice to keep training to grow stronger, as that is what Frieza did, so they can fight again.

Frost smirks, and suddenly throws a punch towards Goku, who blocks it with his forearm. However, Goku shows signs of being extremely hurt from the attack, and Frost kicks him out of the ring. Knocked out, Goku reverts to normal, and falls to the ground unconscious, much to the surprise of everyone watching, including Beerus and Whis. The referee announces that Frost is the winner of the match and Goku lost by ring-out. Chi-Chi runs towards the ring to check on her husband, as he wakes up in a daze, wondering what happened. Even though Goku is confused, he tells Frost he did a good job in beating him, and Frost thanks him. Beerus berates Goku to himself, and comments that Frost is a troublesome opponent. Vegeta and Piccolo ask Goku what happened, as he had the clear advantage, and Goku tells them he suddenly felt limp as Frost's punch connected. Vegeta tells Goku he was too busy toying around and might have suffered sudden head trauma.

Goten shows concern about the rest of the matches since Goku lost, but Trunks reminds him that Vegeta has yet to fight. Jaco then appears to be wondering about something. As Piccolo is announced to be Frost's next opponent, he asks Goku if he has any chance of winning, and Goku replies that he doesn't. Goku gives Piccolo the advice to wear down Frost's stamina enough so that he would be an easy opponent for Vegeta, and Piccolo shows disappointment that he was reduced to that. As Piccolo enters the ring, he asks Frost if he is willing to continue fighting in his true form, and Frost replies that he is in order to finish the matches quickly.

The match begins, and Frost charges towards Piccolo, who dodges his attack. Frost continues to attack by firing many Ki Blasts, but the Namekian dodges everyone with high speed. Champa and Vados identify Piccolo as a Namekian. As Frost tries to catch his breath, Piccolo points out that he is not an ordinary Namekian, he is the reincarnation of the Great Demon King Piccolo and takes off his weighted clothing. Piccolo comments that he may not be able to defeat Frost, but he has something up his sleeve to make sure Frost has to work extra hard to win. As they continue their fight, Vegeta notes that even though Frost is getting weaker, Piccolo is burning through his stamina quicker. Frost comments that this match is about to end, and punches Piccolo, who catches it with his hand, but shows signs of extreme pain similar to Goku. Frost then knocks Piccolo out of the ring, shocking everyone, and Frost is announced the winner. Champa cheers out for Frost in triumph. Vegeta wonders what kind of attack Frost is using as he prepares to enter the ring, however Jaco yells out an objection, claiming Frost is using a concealed weapon in his right arm.

Champa berates Jaco, telling him Frost has no reason to cheat, as he takes his fighting abilities seriously. Jaco then requests a search on Frost. Champa agrees, but if there is nothing found, he will destroy Jaco, as Jaco sits back down. However, Beerus agrees that Frost should be searched, as the referee does so. He finds a hole in Frost's right wrist, which contained a small but sharp needle. As the referee lightly pokes it, he collapses to the ground in a daze, much to everyone's surprise. As Frost tells the referee the needle is a part of his body, the referee replies there are signs of craftsmanship, and disqualifies Frost for cheating, announcing that Piccolo is the winner. The Universe 7 audience cheers, and Bulma thanks Jaco. Goku showed disappointment that Frost cheated during their match, and Beerus cheers, commenting that they are back in business. Champa berates Frost, claiming that he has embarrassed him, however Frost replies that he does not care, commenting that there is no prize money involved. As Frost walks out of the ring, Vegeta tells Frost to hold it, as there is no need to disqualify him. Since he is up next to fight, Vegeta offers to instead beat Frost, as he is the type to deserve a beating.
