Last time on Dragon Ball NG, the Z-Fighters meet the Galaxy Brothers,Metro and Anonza. The Z-Fighters were out-matched. In the end they did well as Ralick and Sha fired a Double Kamehameha wave at both brothers.They surprisingly both went Super Saiyan as it seemed they were just warming up until they were struck by Death Beams.
Thus, the ruthless tyrant Vegeta talked about finally came out of the shadows.
Kaizen is also in his way but can he make it on time before any more terror begins?

Dragon Ball NG: Episode 16 - New Target! Goku's Pupil[]
Kuriza:"Now...who wants it first? Will it be the little brat,or the Namek? How about the one with the blue?
Ralick:"Hold it,where's Austin,Ryden,and Blitz!?"
Sha:"Darn....must've gotten lost."
Austin: "We're right here.." The three stood on a Namekian home.
Blitz:"Austin used Instant Transmission to get us here."
Kuriza:"Many of you...."
Austin:"So this is Frieza's kind... interesting.."
Blitz:"You left us for dead,Sha....we're still friends though."
Sha:"No time for jokes....he seems like the real deal."
Kuriza:"I'm done with this I'm transforming right off the bat."He powered up transforming!
Sha:"W-What!"
Kuriza:"Ahh....that was tiring."
He attacked Sha as he teleported behind him.
Blitz and Ryden went after him as they tried to punch at Kuriza and they all get blow back by Kuriza's Whirlwind Blow against them while Ralick and Cargo come in and get hit as well.
Sha tried to rush at him but Kuriza teleported behind him using the Imprisonment Ball
Kuriza:"That technique I used was the Sonic Warp. It's a top-class technique from my family."
Kuriza tried to rush at Sha but someone is there to save him.
Kaizen:"Need a bigger challenge?"
Kaizen and Kuriza went head-to-head.
Kuriza:((Prehaps I've found my challenge...))
Kaizen:"Kamehameha!" He released a Kamehameha wave.
Kuriza's Death Beam made a collision with it.
Kuriza:"Grrrrrr...!" He transformed a second time.
Kaizen:"Haaaah!" He powered into a Super Saiyan.
They rushed at each other as they punched at each other missing all punches.
Kaizen:"Your the strongest opponent I've faced yet."
Kuriza:"So what,you can say that but you still die!"
Kuriza has used dirty tactics as he uses his Crazy Finger Beam on the others as they were damaged.
Kaizen:"G-Guys!"
Kuriza:"Ha!"

It seems Kuriza has met his match but Kaizen may be in trouble for Kuriza has transformed into his third state and is impatient. Will Kaizen and Kuriza's battle result in good outcome or will things lead to destruction of Namek?
