Dr. Wheelo (Ｄｒ． ウイロー Dokutā Uirō, "Dr. Willow") is a scientist that works with Biotechnology and had his own Bio-Warriors that he created with Dr. Kochin.

Dr. Wheelo was revived by Shenron thanks to Turles: PW; he battled against Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, & Piccolo. However, due to the differences in powers and worlds that his opponent's came from; he was vastly overpowered and was almost destroyed by Krillin, but was saved by Turles: PW who used Shenron to swap his body with an Idengakuman's body that was accompanying the Saiyan.
Dr. Wheelo was able to battle against the four of them and was almost on par with the fighters. He was able to regenerate after a few attacks from the fighters
Powers[]
While in his original body - he was not on the same level as Piccolo and the others; in the body of a Idengakuman he was able to fight on par with Piccolo, Tien, Yamcha, & Krillin.
Abilities[]
- Flight - The ability to fly with or without ki.
- Ki Sense - The ability to sense ki.
- Ki Blast - The basic form of ki used in the Idengakuman's body.
- Blaster - Dr. Wheelo has Blasters under his claws used by Dr. Wheelo in his Original Body.
- Madness Cannon - An energy attack used by Dr. Wheelo in his Original Body.
- Gigantic Bomber - A rush attack used by Dr. Wheelo in his Original body.
- Planet Geyser - Dr. Wheelo's Ultimate Blast in his Original body.
- Regeneration - The ability to regenerate in his Idengakuman body.
- Explosive Demon Wave - An energy wave used by Dr. Wheelo in his Idengakuman body.
- Steady Barrage - An energy barraged used by Dr. Wheelo in his Idengakuman body.
- Sniper Shot - A finger energy sphere used by Dr. Wheelo in his Idengakuman body.
- Special Beam Cannon - A energy attack used by Dr. Wheelo in his Idengakuman body.
- Giant Mechanical Body
Dr. Wheelo's original body was a giant scorpion-like body with an enormous brain inside a glass container. He has a mouth with a single red eye above it as well as having two claws, feet with two toes and a giant tail.
- Compact Mechanical Body/Dr. W
Dr. Wheelo gained a smaller cyborg form which appears to be more flesh than mechanical, however, in reality the seemingly organic parts are liquid metal, in this form Wheelo refers to himself as Dr. W (ダブリュー Dokutā Daburyū).
- Compact Mechanical Body/True Form
In this form; he resembles a more compact version of his giant mechanical body. Possessing a dark aura, Wheelo proves powerful enough to fight on par with Super Saiyan Gohan in this state. However, he was easily defeated and destroyed by Bojack in this state.
