Dr. Rota is a Martial Artist and brilliant scientist from Earth-1985 (Alternate World 1). He resides in the Alternate World Universe 6. He is responsible for the creation of artificial Namekian-Parasite Alien Hybrid; Alternate World Piccolo and considered him to be his "son".

Appearance

Alternate World Dr. Rota much like his main world counterpart is a warthog-like alien with red skin and large snout, however, unlike his counterpart, he only has one fully formed tusk protruding out from the left side of his face as right side tusk is broken and cracked. He has black shark fin on his head and wears an eyepatch over his right with a scar on the top corner of his right eye that seems run across his eye to the bottom left of his eye.

He wears dark blue pants with gold knee guards, dark blue shoes with a green tongue and green laces additionally he wears a dark blue sweater with golden guards on his sleeves, abdominal area, and upper torso.

Personality

Rota is confident in his ability as a fighter and scientist. He rivals Bulma intelligence and post-T.O.P Gohan in brawn. He approaches each fight methodically and challenges foes even stronger than him in order to better himself as a fighter. However, upon his confidence being shaken; he is driven to a panicked, predictable fighter.

Compared to his Main World counterpart; Dr. Rota much more powerful.

• Flight - The ability to fly with ki.
• Ki Blast - The basic form of ki.
• Zero-Point Energy - Dr Rota seems to possess the ability to manipulate and utilise Zero-Point Energy using his cybernetic right eye.
  • Tractor Beam - A beam of Zero-Point Energy that can be used to pull objects and people away or to Dr Rota.
    • Double Tractor Beams - A doubled version of Tractor Beam.
  • Power Source creating - Using his powers to use Zero-Point energy; Dr Rota is able to create a source of power (ki, magic, or other energy types) to maintain his power or his teammates' energy.
  • Motion Lock - Through use of his Zero-Point energy; Dr. Rota can lock his opponent's movements or lock movements of a ki blast in place.

  • Poison Magic - Dr Rota is a practitioner of Poison Magic.
    • Poison Blast - A blast of Poison causing poison damage to his opponent. Dr Rota extends his left hand which becomes surrounded in a cloud of poison before unleashing a ki blast infused with Poison Magic.
  • Lightning Magic - Dr Rota is also capable of using Lightning Magic.
    • Blast of Lightning - Dr Rota fires a beam of lightning from his right and causes shock damage. Dr Rota extends his right hand as he generates a bolt of lightning before firing a Full Power Energy wave infused with Lightning Magic.
    • Arc of Red Lightning - Dr Rota launches an arc of red lightning from his right hand and cause shock damage to his opponent. Dr Rota extends his right arm and proceeds to generate a red bolt of lightning in his palm before in sweeping motion launching causing a wide arc of red lightning to hit almost everything in front.
  • Lightning-Poison Magic - A combination of Lightning and Poison Magic.
    • Blast of Toxic Lightning - Dr Rota charges a bolt of lightning in his right hand and a cloud of poison in his left hands before bringing his hands together similar to Final Flash firing a large blast of lightning with the cloud of poison spiralling around the beam.
    • Arcing Blast of Toxic Red Lightning - Dr Rota extends his right arm with the left arm below his right creating an X; he charges a cloud of poison in his left hand and a bolt of red lightning in his right. Dr Rota follows up by raising his arms above his head and unleashes crackling bolts of Lightning infused with Poison Magic.
    • Crimson Mephitic Electro Ball - A large magical Energy sphere of crackling crimson red lightning striking in random directions around the sphere and clouds of poison around the sphere.
      • Crimson Mephitic Electro Beam - An energy wave version of Crimson Mephitic Electro Ball.
    • Mephitic Heavenly Meteor - Dr Rota raises his right index finger to the sky and summons bolt of toxic lightning to his opponent, causing massive damage and poison damage.
  • Wizard Barrier - An energy shield previous used by Babidi.
• High Speed Rush - A combination of many punches and kicks.
• High Power Rush - A rush attack used by many fighters and imitated by Alternate World Dr Rota.
• Meteor Crash - A rush attack used by Goku and imitated by Alternate World Dr Rota.

Forms and Transformations

Cybernetic Eye

At some point; Dr Rota replaced his right eye with a Cybernetic Eye that enabled him to manipulate Zero-Point Energy. While using Zero-Point Energy; the sclera of his Cybernetic Eye becomes dark grey and his gains a red iris.

Time Power Unleashed

Upon consuming a Fruit from the Tree of Might grown in the Timespace Rift - Dr Rota was able to access his own Time Power Unleashed form. Dr Rota grows into a taller, mature-like appearance. his right side tusk is no longer or cracked and is fully grown like his left side tusk and the scar on his right eye is no longer visible. Additionally, He gains red markings around his eyes.

He now wears a white, black-trimmed trenchcoat over white cuirass decorated with black trident heads and white greaves also decorated with black trident heads. Additionally, he wears white, black-trimmed Pauldrons and white, black-trimmed sabatons.
