Dingo is feared leader of criminals in Universe 8 and antagonist of Dingo Saga.
Dingo went to Earth after he heard that there was warrior called Tatsu who was strong as him. Dingo wanted to battle with Tatsu so he challenged him to Death Battle and wins. After that he start to terrorize Earth and even set up his own tournament to find more challenge. Two and half a year later Tatsu and Dingo started rematch and this time Tatsu's son Benjiro and whole team was part of tournament. Battle was long and tough but Dingo lost to Tatsu and peace returned to Earth again.

Dingo is proud, tough and brutal fighter who's ready for challenge. But he's also cruel and violent and he might even kill someone who came to his way. When he hears about strong guys he's not gonna rest after he defeat them and proves he's strongest in Universe. But even tough Dingo is brutal and cruel, he can also be merciful and he's giving chance to give up if challenger is weaker than he is. The only thing that he's afraid of is that he's gonna lose his minions respect.

Dingo is one of strongest fighters in Universe 8. When he first time battled with Tatsu, Dingo defeated him easily, even tough Tatsu was using his Super Saiyan form. He was also able to fight with Super Saiyan Tonado and Legendary Super Saiyan Boming. But when Tatsu was ready for rematch after he was training with Benjiro, and uses his Super Saiyan 3 transformation, Dingo was defeated by him after tough battle.

- Flight: Dingo is able to fly by using his ki.
- Ki Blast: Most basic ki attack.
- Dingo Time: Ability to slow time around and moves normal at same time. This works only when opponent is weaker than Dingo.
- Number One Punch: Powerful punch attack.
- Shocked Ball: Dingo fires yellow energy ball with thunders by his hand.
- Energy Blade: Dingo forms his ki into sharp energy blade around his hand.
