Daboria is the fusion of Dodoria and Zarbon. How? Well it is stated in the Frieza Saga of Dragon Ball Z that Zarbon and Dodoria's power are equal (if you don't count Zarbon's second form). And since
they were in the World Trade Organization, and since Goku was dead when he learned of the fusion dance technique from the Metamorans, which was between the Cell and Buu Sagas, which takes place years after the Frieza Saga, who's to say that the Metamorans weren't a planet that they terminated together. It was. But before Zarbon did away with their leader, he ordered him to teach Dodoria and himself his most valuable technique, which was the fusion dance. What would make Zarbon fuse with someone he considers as dingy as Dadoria though? Desperation of course! So, while in hell, they performed it correctly and make Daboria. Daboria then breaks out of hell, and in The Adventures of Goten and Trunks, he goes to Earth to get revenge on Vegeta, the one responsible for his separated entities' deaths, only to find out that he is off world. Little does Daboria know, however, Vegeta, has now reached SSJ3. His arrogance leads him to believe that he is match when his base form power is only comparable to that of the Full Powered Super Saiyanjin State. In his transformed state however, his power is on par with Super Perfect Cell.
