Coolcel is the Potara Fusion of Cooler, and Percel.
Appearance[]
He has two Potara Earrings on his ears, and has the type 11 head style from Xenoverse 2 with red sclera and blue eyes, green stripes that go up to his light blue gem, and his face his purple. His bio-armour resemble the default outfit of the Frieza Race in Xenoverse 2 minus the Time Patrol insignia, purple skin including his hands, arms, and tail with the "flaps" from Percel's outfit, and his gloves.
Personality[]
His personality is much the same as Percooler, however he seems to boast more than Percooler and is more cocky than him.
Biography[]
After Percooler defused; Cooler and Percel ran into a cave to lose Celljack, and managed to trick him into a dead end, and allow him to fuse. He proves to be stronger than Percooler, and manages to defeat Celljack before he is able to finish his plans.

Fourth Form-1st Form[]
Coolcel's form is a fusion of Cooler's Fourth/True Form, and Percel's first form. He uses this power through out the majority his battle against Celljack before he transforms.
