Chitlhuanocan is a world operated by the Galactic Police. It is located in Universe 12.
History[]
Chitlhuanocan is one of several prison worlds found across Universe 12 that is run by the Galactic Police. Dr. Kommon worked as a virologist consultant on this world from Age 61 to Age 479. In Age 479, the police became aware of him abducting prisoners and sent a task force to his world, Fumak, which led to the planet being destroyed and the police and Dr. Kommon presumably being killed.

- Chitlhuanocan is a Neptune-like planet, and its prison is the only artificial structure located on it. Administration and prisoner disbursement is handled on the moon of Tlacopekku.
- Chitlhuanocan has a reputation for being where the most dangerous criminals in Universe 12 are sent. This facility performs far more executions per day than any other galactic prison. Perhaps that is why Dr. Kommon chose to work there.
- Twenty-three of Chitlhuanocan's moons were destroyed in preparation for it becoming a galactic prison.
