The Changeling Universal Empire is an empire that spanned across most of the universe in Dragonball Xz. They are comprised entirely of Changelings at the top and all enslaved races beneath them. The Changeling Universal Empire was disbanded when the Original Namekian used the Red Star Dragonballs to imprison them.
