Cerely is a light skinned, female saiyan with a rather skinny physique. She has long black hair reaching down to her back. She and her brother wear a form of robe that is white and black, along with white pants and white and black boots.

Background[]
Prior to the events in Dragon Ball Mega as a young girl, Cerely and her brother Cado witnessed their parents death at the hands of a mysterious figure. They both managed to escape and have been on the run from that mysterious figure for years. Cerely and Cado eventually make their way to Tarble's home world.
