Cecal (セサルー Sesarū) is a Bio-Android created from the cells of multiple fighters.
Appearance[]
Cecal resemble Semi-Perfect Cell in appearance; having the same height, muscle mass, and jutting sections on his head. His exoskeleton is dark yellow in appearance with orange spots only appearing around the central plate on his chest while his hand and face are pale green while his boot-like feet are dark blue with pale green and dark blue tail protruding from above his backside. The whites of his eyes yellow while he sheers he has black pupil.
Personality[]
Cecal is a ruthless sometimes merciless, voracious, and hard-of-heart being who has no remorse for others.
Power[]
Cecal exact power is yet unknown, but it is believed that he surpasses Super Perfect Cell.
Techniques[]
- Flight - The ability to fly with ki.
- Ki Blast - The basic form of ki.
- Merry-Go-Round Gum - A technique used by Giran that enables him to shoot a strange elastic rubbery gum-like substance out of his mouth.
- Paparapapa - A magic incantation used by Babidi.
- Light Eating - Much like Yakon; Cecal is capable of consuming Light Energy.
Transformations[]
1st Form[]
The 1st Form that Cecal is in when meeting the Dragon Team. It is yet unknown how powerful this form is.
2nd Form[]
Through an unknown means - Cecal is able to transform further. In this form; he grows to the height of Yakon while is muscle mass increases with him now having a snout similar to the Giras along with a horn. The two jutting sections disappear as he gains horns on his head shaped similar to King Furry's ears with two spikes growing out of his back and retractable claws in each of his forearms. He has Babidi's "whiskers" on his bottom jaw while boot-like feet now resemble Yakon's feet with his legs much the same as his 1st form only more muscular. His feet, hands, and snout are pale green while his exoskeleton is still dark yellow, however, his orange spots no longer just surround his central plate, but covers all except his hands, feet, and head. He sclera is now dark grey with him sharing the same eye colour as Babidi.
