He was first seen in Dragon Ball Z when Frieza invaded the Namekian's planet.
But now he's grown up in NG and has met Sha and the other Z-Fighters.
He's now a member of the Z-Fighters and is willing to keep Earth and his home safe.

Techniques[]
Special Beam Cannon: A technique he knew; originally Piccolo's technique.
Light Grenade: Another Technique from Piccolo.
Hellzone Grenade: Piccolo's signature technique.
Ricoshay Kamehameha: Sha tries to teach him this move and he doesn't perfect it so well as he makes the Kamehameha he tries to prevent it from exploding in his hands (he'd die if he didn't) so he fires it quickly and it misses but hits an object and bounces back at the opponent while they're concentrated on Cargo.
Hellzone Rapid Grenade: A fury of Light Grenades (kinda looks like Haku's Crystal Ice Needles when firing all his needles) as they'd all connect but then Cargo gets in front of the opponent and obliterates them with a Light Grenade.
