Captain Icizer
Captain Icizer is a member of Radic's gang and is same race as Frieza.
Appearnce and personality[]
Captain Icizer looks like Frieza's brother Cooler, but have green lines under the eyes and green stripes on the "boots". His ears are also smaller. He wears a battle armor. He is very loyal to his comrades and he is a little bit cocky and tough.

- Death beam-He can shoot a pink laser from his point finger.
- Death ball-His common weapon to destroy enemies quickly.
- Icizer Blaster-A blue energy wave with electric sparks.
