Bloomers (ブルマ|Burumā) or as she is more commonly known by her middle name of Bulma Brief is the current chief head of research at Capsule Corp. New Concepts and ally to the Phoenix fighters in the series Dragonball: Phoenix. Bulma acts as the groups technical advisor and helps to both protect and advance the Earths technological evolution.

Bloomers Bulma Brief was born on November 1st, 1995 to parents Silk & Boxer Brief. Bulmas father Boxer was a highly decorated research developer, the vast majority of his work in encapsulated (or DynoCap) technology led to his foundation and creation of his central global company Capsule Corp.. Silk was a homemaker who was proud of being a stay at home mom for her only child. Bulma was born the sole living heir to the entire Capsule Corp. fortune.

Bulma led a far from ordinary childhood Boxer wanted his daughter to not be as empty headed and helpless as many other young heiress' that were the children of many friends snd colleagues that he knew.
