BlackFire is the older sister of StarFire and WildFire, and the eldest child and daughter of the Royal couple of Tamaron. As well as the older surrogate sister to Zuni and Archo, though they do not claim her. Zuni, as well as StarFire, and even WildFire, at one point, attempts to reconcile with her, but to no avail, as all the pure hatred in her heart has turned into pure evil. She is irredeemable in Archo's eyes, as he has vowed to kill her.
