Benjiro is son of Tatsu and Sienna. Because his father is Saiyan and his mother is Earthling, he's half-Saiyan/half-Human.
Benjiro was born after defeat of Habanero and at age of three he started to training with his father. When Benjiro is not training, he's studying with his mother because he was interest about mechanic too.

Because Benjiro is part human he didn't have angry violent nature. He's good natured boy and he's usually calm, kind and little shy. But when he gets angry, he could forget to be calm and became very aggressive by someone who made him angry. Later he learned to control his temper and he also became more brave by training with Kamakori. Like his father, he also likes to eat and his favorite food is ramen.

Because he's Saiyan-hybrid, Benjiro is one of strongest warriors in Universe 8, even though his young age. At first he wasn't able to control his internal power and his power-level could rise even higher than his father's.
When he was four years old he wasn't able to battle with Dingo when he kidnaps him to get Tatsu to battle with him. But when Dingo hurts Tatsu, Benjiro gets angered and he was able to hurt Dingo with his powerful kick, but his power-level dropped back down. After training with Kamakori, Benjiro became even stronger and he was able to battle with Dingo's allies in Dingo's tournament, but he still wasn't able to battle with Dingo who became stronger too.
In Galaxy Tournament Saga Benjiro continues training and became more stronger and he was strong enough to join to Galaxy Tournament.

- Explosive Wave: Benjiro bursts out ki from all over his body in order to repel the opponents around him.
- Super Bear Fist: Powerful version of his father's Bear Fist attack.

Super Saiyan: Benjiro turns into Super Saiyan when he was training with his father for Galaxy Tournament. In this form his hair turns gold and spiky.
Super Saiyan 2: Benjiro turns into Super Saiyan 2 when he was in final battle in Galaxy Tournament. His hair became more spiky and lightnings become around him. Benjiro is first Saiyan in Universe 8 that ever turned into Super Saiyan 2.
