NOTE TO SELF: Saw another kid who looked like Sammy in Orange Star City. Thinking about doing a city-wide sweep. Gero's psychic implant is making me forget a lot of things. It's gotten much worse these past few months. If I don't write this down, I'll forget it, I'm sure. When this op is done, I need to go see Gero and get this fixed. Red's sent me on a mission before I can return home. We have a client who is requesting our help in exterminating a group of solipsist monks. I'm not happy doing someone else's grunt work, even if we are getting paid. I need to speak to Commander Red about it. My army is not something that can be bought and sold by the highest bidder. No one will fear the Red Ribbon Army if we are just a bunch of sell-soldiers. I saw the lack of respect a few days ago first hand. A group of kids ambushed us as we were marching through Orange Star City and they stole my hat. The nerve of them! I burned down three blocks trying to find them, but they are long gone. If I ever see any of those rats again, they will rue the day they humiliated me! I need to send that imbecile, Captain Dark, to get me a new hat. Ugh, what a terrible day. If only I could find Samuel. Maybe I should stay a couple extra days after we kill those monks. That way I can search for my brother. Plus, I heard there's a karaoke tournament in town. I don't want to miss that.

Dear General Blue,

I am writing to you over post because this is the only channel Staff Officer Black doesn't monitor. I know you have already received Commander Red's message, but I needed to make a few things clear. While he wants you to come back to the main base, it's not because he doesn't care about your brother. He's preparing to launch the Red Ribbon Army's automotive division. We are going to sell cars and compete with Capsule Corp. directly. He needs your army to help intimidate Capsule Corp.'s business locations. I think this is a mistake. The Red Ribbon army should only function as a military organization. And you are the greatest General our army has. Even though you are outranked by White, you are a smarter commander, your soldiers are more disciplined and loyal. You are a young talent. White is old and outdated. So when you return, I request your help in overthrowing the current leaders of our army. Please, sir. We don't need Red or White. Red is leading us to ruin. You must already see this. You could command better, General Blue. I could be your new second-in-command. We could take over the world. We could become legends. The kind people write stories about. So what do you say, General? Are you ready to make a name for yourself in this world? I know I am.

Respectfully, Colonel Brown

NOTE TO SELF: Gero is seeing me again today. He's done a few tests, but he doesn't know what has been causing my memory loss. He wants to do brain surgery, but I'm nervous. It could kill me or it could fix me. It's a coin flip over my life. In the meantime, I need to return home and find a picture of Samuel. I've forgotten his face… how could I forget his face? This is unacceptable. He was my brother. No, he is my brother. He's still alive out there somewhere. I will find him. I am being plagued by nightmares. The only thing I see when I close my eyes is Colonel Brown's blood. All of his disgusting red blood all over my nice clothes. It was such a pity to ruin such a good jacket. But he had to go. Maybe one day I'll rule this army, but not today. Not until my memory is back, at the very least. I just wish I could forget Brown.
