Aruṇ Spark (アルンスパーク, Arun Supāku; Sanskrit for "Dawn") is a supplemental technique.
Overview[]
Frost holds his hand out in front of an opponent causing a bright flash to emerge. It lasts for only a second but serves to completely blind anyone looking at it at the time. Those who witnessed the flash find themselves unable to perceive Frost for a short time, instead their vision becomes clouded and allows them only to see a hazy mist around themselves allowing Frost to attack freely without fear of repercussion. This effect lasts a few seconds at most, serving largely as a means of creating a gap for Frost to unleash a powerful technique or to create an opening with which to escape.

Aruṇá, or Aruṇ, is the Hindu personification of the reddish glow of the rising Sun. The child of Vinata and Kashyapa, he was one of two children promised to Vinata that would be incredibly powerful if she waited them to hatch from their eggs. Vinata, however, was impatient and broke one of the eggs open, that of Aruṇ. He sprung forth from the egg as a flash of light, as bright as the morning Sun. He had been promised to appear as radiant as the noon Sun, but Vinata's haste had weakened him. As a manifestation of the sun, he is tied to Surya. Sometimes he is depicted as an avatar of his, other times he is his charioteer, ferrying him across the skies.
