Arcïco was an Ice-Jin. He was one of the two leaders of the Rebells, who fought King Cold. He was put in jail, framed for murdering King Cold's father, and died shortly after that, by taking a Crystal Grenade in the head.
Apperance[]
Not many have seen Arcïco at close range, but King Cold says that Cooler looks much like him.
After his return, many people have seen him, if not every single member of the PTO. He has ice blue skin with white biological armor and golden-colored gems on him. Identical to Cooler's final form, except he doesn't sport a mouth plate. His voice is quite deep and mellow, but it is a voice of command.
Personality[]
Many describe Arcïco as a cold blooded, insane killer, mostly because of him killing King Cold's father. Nowdays, people say that he laughed when he was put in jail. But actually he was saddened, but convinced that he did right. In jail, he was silent, and had a dead look, making him look even more insane.
Unlike the sadistical maniac ego people thought he had, he has more of a lazy, silent personality. Simply a person hard to get too. When he speaks, he seems serious, though he does enjoy a good fight. He just has a hard time smiling.

Death[]
Arcïco died in the assault against King Cold. With half the forces dead, or captured, the rest decided to help Blizzad fight King Cold. In a attempt to buy time, Arcïco fought all of the forces outside of King Cold's castle. He managed to kill Cirocho, but died shortly after that, by taking a Crystal Grenade in the head.
