He is one of the newest Androids in Dragon Ball NG, along with Android 22 and Android 3. His speed and agility are amazing for an Android. He is one of Dr. Gero's fastest Androids ever.
Power[]
He relies on his speed and agility to win all the time. Because he's an Android, he has a minimum of raw power. He's interested in humans as he studies their moves as an Android.
Personality[]
He's a young, cocky Android who likes accomplishing his deeds. He gets pretty angry sometimes at his fellow Androids. He's also very arrogant, thinking highly of himself.
