-17 is an android based on Dr. Gero's 17th creation. Dr. Flappe and Dr. Wheelo created this together to rival Dr. Gero's android vendetta against Goku. Dr. Flappe first thought of the idea to betray Gero when Gero took full credit for the creation of Android 8. So he started working to find someone to help him. Then, on his search, met Dr. Wheelo, apparently someone from the future who escaped Hell. Dr. Wheelo told him that he watched the fight with the androids in while in hell and together made -17. -17 Then was based heavily on Android 17, but modified to be the opposite. He was design to help Goku instead of destroy him, but this failed and Android -17 just came for revenge and started his plans. Dr. Wheelo had already put the memories of when he was watching Buu saga and everything. So while both his makers died of old age, he already knew that he couldn't go at the Z-fighters head first. So he devised a plan. He tick them off, weakest 1st.
-17 vs Krillin[]
Krillin had just came from joking about the events that took place in the Majin Buu saga with the other Z-fighters, when he encountered -17. He originally thought that this was a redesigned Android 17, but Android 18 informed him that this was not her twin brother. Android 17 then began forming a fiery aura around himself. He then used his energy sucker attack and blasted Krillin. When Android -17 shot at Krillin, he used his own variation of Krillin's own move, the Destructo Disk. His version was green and cut Krillin's side, leaving him heavily injured as he fell to the ground. Krillin could do nothing but hold his side. Then 18 attempted a finishing attack, but was cut through with the same move, on both sides! and This killed the android.
