Ape King[]
Ape King
Ape King is a villain that comes from a race similar to the Saiyans. He has the power to absorb energy. He eventually is defeated by Techtonian.
Celltronian[]
Celltronian is a villain who has the power to absorb someone's cells but can only do it once. He absorbed Goku's cells meaning that he can do whatever Goku can. Just like Gok uhe can turn Ultra Super Saiyan 3 but he has a Dark Matter form that doubles his power even further. Techtonian traps him and removes the evil from him although Celltronian can still use the Dark Matter transformation. He becomes a good guy and marries Pan. He is half of his race and half Saiyan.
Ice[]
Ice is a powerful villain from Frieza's race. He ascended past Cooler's form and was defeating Goku until Ultimate Piccolo arrived.
Incinerator[]
Incinerator was the first villain in the fan fiction. He was stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku but weaker than Ultra Super Saiyan 3 Goku.
